The cartridge can be filled with any appropriate grease depending on the required operating conditions and does not require specific maintenance. The cartridge can be removed or installed on a carriage already mounted on the guide and can be used regardless of the installation dimensions. Double end seal with scraper allows the use of HIWIN linear guides in dirty and dusty environment including hot chips and abrasive particles. The scraper protects the end seals and prevents their damage.
