The double end seal allows the use of HIWIN linear guides in dirty and dusty environment. The double seal effectively prevents debris from entering the carriage. Designation of the seal HG15-DD-KIT: HG15 – seal for the HG series profile rail guide size 15 (high load capacity rolling guide with ball rolling elements); DD – for carriages with double end seal; KIT – fastening elements kit (for both ends).

Lubrication cartridge reduces costs by reducing lubricant consumption and increasing inter-service intervals, therefore the service life of the guide increases. The cartridge can be filled with any appropriate grease depending on the required operating conditions and does not require specific maintenance. The cartridge can be removed or installed on a carriage already mounted on the guide and can be used regardless of the installation dimensions.
