Ball screw with left-hand and right-hand threads RL on the same shaft.
Description:
A ball screw with left-hand and right-hand threads on one screw is a special type of ball screw assembly where two threads of opposite direction (left and right) are machined on a single shaft, usually with two independent nuts.
What it is and how it works
When the screw rotates:
the left-hand nut moves in one direction,
the right-hand nut moves in the opposite direction.
If the nuts are connected to different parts of a mechanism, they move apart or move together synchronously.
The thread pitch is often the same; only the direction differs.
We manufacture according to the Buyer’s drawings.
